CSV Format Requirements
Your CSV file must include the following columns:
- phone_number: Format: 260XXXXXXXXX (Zambian format)
- government_id: National Registration Card or similar ID
- first_name: Person's first name
- last_name: Person's last name
- roles: Comma-separated roles (e.g., "Chairman, Secretary")
- position: Optional position title
- specialization: Optional area of specialization
Valid Roles:
ChairmanVice ChairmanSecretaryTreasurerCommittee MemberMember
Note: Members will be matched by government_id or phone_number. If the person doesn't exist in the system, they will need to be created first via the Persons & Households import.
