CSV Format Requirements
Your CSV file must include the following columns:
- household_id: Unique identifier for the household
- first_name: Person's first name
- last_name: Person's last name
- phone_number: Format: 260XXXXXXXXX (Zambian format)
- government_id: National Registration Card or similar ID
- gender: MALE or FEMALE
- date_of_birth: Format: YYYY-MM-DD
- role_in_household: HEAD, SPOUSE, CHILD, or OTHER
- email: Optional email address
Note: Each household must have exactly one HEAD member. Multiple people can belong to the same household using the same household_id.
